Peaceful village n neighbours. Has some traffic noise mostly in specific times of the day. Nights are quiet. Beautiful village / hill sides for you to walk or trek in.. Absolutely amazing for cycle / bike rides. There is a lake near by as well idle for a picnic. Town happenings are close by. You would need some form of private transportation. You can park inside the property & outside along the house road as well. Accessibility is good to the Mandrem/Ashwen/Morjim/Aarmbol beaches and town activities. Lovely countryside for you to explore on the bike or trek.
