Spacious 3 bhk apartment on the 3rd floor located in a quiet and peaceful locality suitable for families with kids. The apartment is well lit and has good natural ventilation. There is A/c in all 3 bedrooms. Hot water is available in both bathrooms through electric geyser & Solar water heater. Free car parking is available on the ground floor.
Friendly and always ready to help.
Supermarket, fresh fish market, restaurants, hospital, gym, Beauty Palour, Dry Cleaners, temple, church, bus stop, auto stand within 1.5 kms. Door delivery of groceries and food available for bill above Rs. 500
