Zivaan is a hotel management company based in Kolkata. We do manage multiple properties in North Bengal and Sikkim. We are trying to make your vacation a beautiful one as well as an affordable one.

Property information

Our property is situated at Upper Rishop and it will offer you an unmatched view of Mt Kangchenjunga and surrounding peaks. You can also see Sikkim from the homestay balcony. In the morning, you can trek to the Tifindara viewpoint to watch the sunrise, and believe us, it will amaze you totally. In the evening you can enjoy a bonfire and chicken barbeque with folk music and stars. Vast Rishop valley will light up slowly and you'll be spellbound watching this beauty.

The neighborhood is awesome! Friendly people, silent forests and valleys, birds and butterflies are here to welcome you.
