We would like to welcome you to our beautiful house, 172 m2. The house is well located and bus station is nearby and it takes only 20 minutes to get downtown Reykjavík. Three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry house, private garden with a private hot tub, free parking, free Wi-Fi and a cat that walks free in and out (cat door). Suits good for 6 persons.
I love to travel in Iceland and in other country's. My hobby's are bicycle, soccer, ski, hiking, swim, golf, garden, animals, theater and so much else. I have a fiancé and one 21 year old daughter. We are all healthy and do not smoke. In the years I have learned to be a sport teacher and a farmer and now I'm working as an real estate agent. We have a 6 year old cat, name Þoka (Thoka).
There are a lot of restaurants nearby, shops, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and so on. We have a beautiful park in our neighborhood called Laugardalur. In Laugardal, we have a zoo, family park, a flower garden, a cafe, the largest swimming pool in Iceland and a gym. One of the hot tubs in Laugardalslaug (swimming pool) is hot sea water. About 10-15 minutes walk. The house is very close to Sæbraut and Miklabraut (big streets that only take you 15-20 minutes by bus to the city center). It's best to find the timetable at straeto dot is. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive downtown.
