Beautiful modern 3 bedroom house in Reykjavik. Short walk to Elliðardalur, which is a beautiful outdoor gem in Reykjavík. Supermarket is located in Mjodd, 7-10 minutes walking distance, open 24/7. Public transportation is 500 meters from the property. The biggest golf club in Iceland, Golfklubbur Reykjavíkur (GR), is 8 minutes drive (4,4 km), it runs two courses in the capital area of Iceland, Grafarholt (18 holes) course and Korpa course (27 holes). GR Golf.
