The cabin is near Húsafell and close to glaciers, lava caves, and hot springs. The magnificent Lava falls "Hraunfossar" are nearby and at Húsafell you can find a golf course, public swimming pool, bistro, restaurant and a minimarket. Húsafell offers also diverse and fascinating hiking trails Nearby you can find alot of activities like lava cave exploring "The Cave Víðgemlir" the longest lave cave in Iceland, horse rentals, Krauma a natural geothermal bath & spa, Into the glacier tour from Húsafell
