This is a private room with a private bathroom and shower. The room is located in the garage of our home with a semi-private entrance from the laundry room. Bedroom with one double bed (140 cm). There is a small refrigerator in the garage. No breakfast, but help yourself to some coffee or tea. Possible to use washer and dryer.
A taxi to or from the airport is about six thousand Icelandic kr. Fifty euro. There is no convenient public transport from the airport.
Perfect for your first or last night in Iceland.
There is a lock box onsite so checkin is possible anytime after 15:00.
The property is situated just 12 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with outdoor hot tubs and indoor swimming pool in a 3-minute walk from us, there is also a big playground area. There is a small shop and bakery in about 15 minutes walking distance. Reykjavik city centre is 30 minutes away by car. A car is recommended to get around. There is a local bus that goes into Keflavik city centre.
Happy Camper Rental is a 20-minute walk from the property.
