Before your arrival, PMC will be available for you for any request or information about the accommodation. Once you arrive on site, the staff of the Residence Cherry House will take care of your check in. They will wait for you at the facility and show you the accommodation. They will remain available during your stay for your needs. Check in time is from 3 pm to 7:30 pm. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We can issue invoices but we ask you to request it immediately and in any case no later than 12 days from the check out date otherwise it will not be possible for us to proceed. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people to those declared in the reservation; we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask 5 euros per night for each animal. Access to the solarium and swimming pool areas is prohibited to animals, just as they must never be left free. 3) In case of late check-in, we offer the possibility of arriving until 10:00 pm with an extra cost of 20 Euros to be paid upon arrival. To reach the property, take the A12/E80 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. From there, proceed towards Casarza Ligure/Varese Ligure and continue to Carro, for a journey of about 21km. The accommodation is not recommended for those traveling by public transport. The apartment is rented entirely without shared spaces with others. The garden, the barbecue, the outdoor patio and the swimming pool are SHARED SPACES with the guests of the other apartments. We ask you to have respect for nature and be kind towards the other tenants who stay here to feel the peace and quiet that reigns among these hills. Swimming pool operational from mid-May (opening may be subject to change depending on weather conditions) and usable from 08.00 to 20.00.

Apartment located inside The Cherry House residence, with large garden and swimming pool: an oasis of peace where you can spend your holidays surrounded by the green hills of the Moneglia hinterland. About 40 minutes from the beaches and places such as Sestri Levante and Deiva Marina and about an hour from Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino and the famous villages of the Cinque Terre. Cozy apartment with independent entrance located on the ground floor and composed of a living area with a sitting area with a sofa bed for two people and a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare and eat meals during your stay : hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. Next door you will find the bedroom, tastefully furnished and equipped with a double bed and television. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. Upon request and subject to availability it is possible to request a cot/children's bed. Outside the accommodation there is a patio with a private outdoor table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the summer. Beyond the patio you can discover a world of relaxation and fun, enjoying the splendid garden that will surround you, taking advantage of the barbecue available for all guests of the apartments, relaxing on the sofas on the outdoor patio or taking a dip in the residence's splendid swimming pool and then taking the sun on one of our sunbeds provided together with a parasol. The linen is rented from a specialized company and provided by us for each stay depending on the number of people in the booking. There is free Wi-Fi. It is possible to use the hotel's parking for free. Pets in this apartment are allowed, with a supplement. It is possible to use a shared washing machine with the other guests at an extra cost of 3 euros (including detergent).

The locality of Carro is located in the hinterland of the province of La Spezia, about 25 km from Sestri Levante and Moneglia and is part of the Val di Vara, a valley characterized by hilly landscapes and luxuriant nature. Surrounded by woods crossed by a network of paths, it is the ideal place for mountain bike excursions or walks in nature, perfect for relaxing away from the frenzy and chaos of the city. Carro is a small town and its community is generally warm and welcoming and the local traditions, festivals and cultural events are of great interest. The historic center is typical of a medieval town with cobbled streets and ancient churches. The area is known for the production of olive oil, wine and local agricultural products, with particular attention to the production of organic products in full respect of nature and the quality of the product itself. The closest centers where you can find all the services, shops and supermarkets are San Pietro Vara and Varese Ligure, a pearl of the Ligurian hinterland which is about 14 km away. The nearby village of Torza is also very characteristic. In the area there are many restaurants, farmhouses and trattorias: the gastronomy of the Val di Vara is a fusion of authentic flavors linked to the land and local traditions, with a cuisine known for its simplicity and the use of high quality ingredients, perfect to offer pleasant and genuine culinary experiences to those visiting the region. Crossed by the Vara river, it is characterized by the presence of numerous villages to visit such as Varese Ligure, Brugnato, Pignone, located near the Cinque Terre National Park and Zignago. Just 15 km away is the famous Val di Vara Adventure Park, with fun trails and activities suitable for children too. In about 40 minutes you can reach the sea of Sestri Levante or Moneglia, and in less than an hour you can reach the Cinque Terre and the areas of Portovenere and Lerici.
