The smart and functional design creates a cozy setting, ideal for single travelers or couples looking for a comfortable place to stay. By using photovoltaic modules and not using methane gas systems, we make a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions into the environment and thus to protecting trees. In addition, we have opted for an all-LED lighting system and energy-efficient faucets. -CASITA DEL MAR conveniently is accessible from San Benedetto del Tronto train station 4 minutes by car, is accessible from Grottammare train station 8 minutes by car. The entire coast of the Marche region is crossed by the railroad, and those who know this area know that the sound of the passing train marks the travel time as a background. The loft is designed with good soundproofing to minimize noise pollution from the railroad. The double windows and insulating materials ensure significant noise reduction. The railroad passage is distant, but it can be heard as a repeated chant accompanying the flow of time. An important point to note is that train noise is occasional and may be heard only during the passage of the trains. The loft offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere for the rest of the time.
