Big apartment with independent entrance, recently totally renovated, equipped with every comfort and service, consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an open space living room and sofa bed, kitchenette with induction hob, dishwasher, flat screen TV, air conditioning in all rooms, small terraces pertaining to the two bedrooms as well as a terrace belonging to the living area and a large outdoor livable area. The structure is located in a street with no traffic, very close to the sea and immersed in the greenery of a pine forest; this makes it suitable for couples and groups of friends as well as families with children

Neighbourhood information

The structure is located 550 meters from the wonderful sea of ​​San Nicola, with the possibility of accessing the public beach and private beaches too, both reachable on foot or by car and equipped with ample parking. Within a radius of 7-10 km there are all the most famous beaches of the Cilento coast such as Acciaroli, Santa Maria di Castellabate and San Marco di Castellabate, Ogliastro Marina and Punta Licosa.
