House in residence, quiet and reserved located 100 meters from the beautiful beaches and cliffs of Punta Tegge. Room with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and joinable, sofa bed in the living room-wide kitchen with very nice sea view. Equipped kitchen dishwasher included. Bathroom with shower. Seafront veranda. The room opens onto a second private garden and a reserved parking space. The supermarket, restaurants, bus to the city center and Caprera within walking distance.
