La mia struttura si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Oristano ( max 10 minuti a piedi ), dove si possono trovare bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un museo e luoghi di interesse storico, supermercati e negozi per lo shopping. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore
Sono una persona socievole a cui piace conversare. Amo mettere i miei ospiti a loro agio. cerco di soddisfare le loro esigenze e, avendo una discreta cultura e conoscenze del nostro territorio, sono in grado di fornire all' ospite molte informazioni utili. Sono una persona che ha molti hobbies, legati soprattutto alla natura ( mare, montagna, campagna ecc ).
Il mio quartiere è un posto molto tranquillo della città di Oristano, non molto lontano dal centro storico. E' facilmente raggiungibile dalla SS 131 e non molto lontano ( max 15 minuti a piedi ) si possono trovare la stazione dei treni e dei bus pubblici. Con molta facilità si possono raggiungere le strade che portano a tutte le spiagge del litorale di Oristano e molti posti di attrazione turistica
