The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction hob, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, smart TV with streaming services in the living room and both bedrooms, air conditioning, underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer. You can enjoy a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, picnic area with gazebo, and sun terrace with loungers.
