Company information

Our family moved here at the end of 2001 from Milan. We made a choice of life because we wanted to raise our children in a healthy environment, away from the smog and hectic pace of the city.

Property information

The element that most characterizes our facility is water. Being an ancient mill, it is located right on the banks of the river Bidente Pietrapazza. Coming here, in the summer you can enjoy the cool water of the river and in any season you can experience the deep bound with nature that makes this place unique. You can find us just outside the Casentino National Park, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parks of Europe. It is not uncommon to see deers, fallow deers, roe deers, porcupines, badgers and foxes.

Neighbourhood information

It 'a very interesting place for tourists as it's located in the Tuscan Romagna, on the border with Tuscany and Umbria. From here in fact you can reach places of religious interest such as the Hermitage of Camaldoli and the Verna Sanctuary, or city of art as Florence, Ravenna, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Bologna. You can also enjoy trekking or riding a mountain bike on some of the most beautiful forest trails of Italy.
