Guests should know that heating is paid according to consumption. Each apartment has its own boiler and gas meter: guests will pay the price of gas according to the actual cubic meters consumed at the end of their stay before departure in cash. Guests should know that final cleaning is not included in the cost of the stay. The cost of final cleaning depends on the type of apartment, the number of guests in the apartment, and the length of stay. At the time of booking, the owner will inform the guest of the cost of final cleaning, which will then be paid in cash before departure.
