Company information

The farmhouse is family run. A member of the family will be present to receive the guest and will take care of providing the material in the apartment. At the same time you will also be given our telephone contact to use in case of need. We know our territory very well and are therefore available to give suggestions on places to visit and places to eat.

Property information

Rooms and apartments are part of a small farmhouse that has just been renovated. It is located in the historic village of Carmignano, on the Medici hills, with a panoramic view of the landscape from Pistoia to Florence. The main Tuscan cities such as Florence, Pisa, Vinci and Pistoia can be reached quickly (30-45 min.). The guest who arrives in our house can choose to move around Tuscany even without using the car: in fact we are 100 meters from the bus stop that allows you to easily reach the center of Florence, Pistoia and Prato thus avoiding the problem of finding parking.

Neighbourhood information

The ancient small village of Carmignano has a key position in the context of the Tuscan territory. From here, in fact, it is possible to reach the main art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Pistoia in 30-45 minutes or you can visit the wineries in the Carmignano or Chianti area. In an hour's drive you can also reach the Tuscan coast (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi). The central square of Carmignano can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes and offers the possibility of accessing shops, bars and restaurants. Just 2 km away you can find supermarkets with whatever you need. Still on foot, you can reach the Pieve di San Michele where "La Visitazione" by "Pontormo" is located and the medieval fortress “La Rocca” from which our farmhouse takes its name.
