Property for exclusive use The villa features a large, fenced well-kept garden with a beautiful outdoor Jacuzzi (2.2x2.2 metres, 5 places), where you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding countryside and the valley. The Jacuzzi is surrounded by a relaxing area with sunbeds, a gazebo with outdoor living room and one furnished loggia ideal for barbecues and outdoor meals. There is also a small washing room, children's games and 3 mountain bikes. Parking within the property. Access to the property via 2.5 km of gravel road in good condition. The stone farmhouse, carefully restored, has typical Tuscan furniture. The 2 floors are joined by an indoor staircase. On the gr. floor: large living area with equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, sat TV and dining area with direct outdoor access, 1 one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with queen sized sofa bed. All the bedrooms have access to the balcony. The price includes weekly linen change. The property has wifi, air conditioning (to be paid on the spot EUR 1 per KwH), baby bed, high chair, 3 mountain bikes, mosquito screens on all the windows and parking. Hired help is available upon request and to be paid for at the property. Please note: Access to the property via 2.5 km of gravel road in good condition. Charging for electric cars is available on request, to be paid upon consumption EUR 1/kWh
