Cozy apartment like a fine J.Suite of 35 s.m. located in the center of UNESCO Village of Scicli... The Location is well known for their baroque contest and television movies. The perfect place where well-known artists have drawn inspiration for their works. The house respect all original surrounding area style and is connected with Via Mormino Penna, the main site-attraction of the village!... Al Borgo dell'Arte is a typical Dammuso of 8th century with the typical local stones. It has been restored in 2015 by seeking solutions accurate, that make it now UNIQUE and comfortable! The interior is about 35 square meters: there are two rooms separated by stone arch with baroque side, the bathroom and the entrance. The master bedroom is the most sought after features and solutions of the moment: an Alcove tha give the pleasure to rest and admire the local architecture. Another room is the living room with sofa bed, lends convenient for 3rd guest. The kitchenette has a functional plan to cook. There are two induction fires and cooking utensils. The consolle extended allowing some comfort for breakfast / lunch / dinner.

The most beautiful beaches are reachable in 10 min by car. Scicli BAROQUE will surround the Guests becouse in a few steps from the house all the Monuments and Churches will be reachable. Under 150 mt from the house the guest can meet typical restaurants, shops, caffé etc
