The property has been completely renovated and modernized. The 2 apartments can be interconnecting, garage for bikes Flat screen television in the living room and in each bedroom. Extra comfortable mattress topper on each bed. Kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and electric kettle.

Strategic location: 5 min from the ski lifts and just a short walk from the town of Malè with pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, bars/ice cream shops, stores, a medical clinic, spa/swimming pool The Campiglio Dolomiti ski resort is also accessible by Skibus with a stop just 300 mt away or by train with the Dolomiti Express. The cycling path along the Noce river (rafting/canoeing/fishing) is less than 1 km away, and the Val di Rabbi in the Stelvio National Park is nearby
