Residential area with limited traffic, suitable for families where children can still play outdoors and which is located, for the winter, in a favorable position on the SellaRonda 100 meters from the ski slopes and for the summer there is the possibility to be in the sun on the terrace or ideal starting point for walks and cycle paths. The garage is available free of charge for motorbikes. In the area there are both a sportswear shop and a minimarket. Chalet Royal in the center of Arabba.
