Large apartment with living room located in Viale Fratti in Parma, like a walk from the city center and near the train station. The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the fifth floor with lift, includes the following spaces: – bright bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed – large kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, table with chairs, small balcony – bathroom with shower and washing machine - living room with sofa, armchair, TV, expandable table with chairs. The fourth bed will be placed in this room if necessary There are a lot of pay parking lots in Viale Fratti and the surrounding streets (blue lines).
I’m Rocco, co-host of this apartment. I personally manage check-in and check-out and over the years I have created a team of professionals who help me solve all my Guests’ requests.
The apartment is located in the "Parma Centro" district in an area well served by public transport and close to all useful services.
