The property has an independent entrance and is equipped with: - on the lower floor: an equipped kitchen and living area with fireplace; -upstairs: a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (optional), balcony and sea view. Each area of ​​the structure is equipped with all comforts: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (possibly also hot), washing machine, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Free street parking.
Silvi Paese is famous for offering its visitors a breathtaking viewpoint, with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea that goes from Ancona to the Tremiti Islands. The village was born in the early Middle Ages and was founded by a group of fishermen who moved from the coastal village to the hill. Admiring it from the coast, it has the appearance of a promontory that plunges sheer into the sea. The village of Silvi Paese, in addition to offering a fantastic viewpoint overlooking the coast, offers a complete overview of the Gran Sasso mountain range on the western side. In the evening the village lights up with life, thanks to the presence of various restaurants and clubs for all tastes: eating a traditional dish in the atmosphere of the village is an experience to live!
