The apartment is located in a residential area on the 2nd floor (without lift) opposite the main house. In the unfenced garden there is a private, equipped gazebo and a small, communal children's playground. Boats depart from Orta to the nearby island of San Giulio Isola di Pietra, a medieval gem. The romantic town of Arona is 16 km away and Stresa on the enchanting Lake Maggiore is 33 km away. In the immediate vicinity of both lakes, there are opportunities for excursions and walks, golf and tennis, museums, visits to historic villas and sports such as kitesurfing and wakesurfing. There is also a diving centre at the lake (1 km). A 10 km hiking trail starts about 1 km from the holiday accommodation, ideal for relaxing moments in the open air.
