Thanks to the strategic position, in an instant you will go from tranquility to social life. Perfect position for visiting the city center. Convenient for leisure or for working with free parking nearby. Ideal for walking in the historic and modern center of Cuneo with all the comforts. Thanks to the important interventions of recent years, Via Roma or Contrada Maestra has returned to being the vital center of the city, a pedestrian area and meeting place. Large cellar available for storing bicycles or sports equipment.
For many years with my family we have been renting rooms and apartments for holidays in Valle Maira, expanding the offer with this very nice apartment in the historic center of Cuneo, which I manage with my husband. We put our heart into it in the hope that you can spend a wonderful holiday in a corner of paradise in Piedmont. Manuela
In the heart of the historic center on the oldest and most important street of Cuneo, VIA ROMA, in front of the parish church of Sant'Ambrogio. Near the Town Hall and the imposing civic tower, for more than eight hundred years the symbol of Cuneo. Piazza Galimberti, the meeting point between the old town and the new with the breathtaking view of the Alps. Easily reachable on foot from the free car parks under Piazza Torino. Central location. Almost all the main attractions of the city are enclosed in Via Roma. Ideal area as a base for travel in the beautiful side valleys for cycling rings to the most famous mountains hills. Ideal starting point for exploring the river park by mtb-gravel, running or walking. Swimming pool 10 minutes walk.
