The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which preserves a medieval historical centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Giudicale castle. The flats are arranged on two floors (ground and first floor) and have an independent entrance with a covered, furnished balcony or patio. All flats are air-conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style, and are equipped with: TV, Wi-Fi ( for partial use, outdoor areas), washing machine, air conditioning, electric oven, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, equipped kitchenette. FACILITIES FACILITIES: reception office (at Hotel Maria Rosaria Via G. Deledda, 13), swimming pool and solarium (200 m from the flats), unattended private parking, outdoor showers. THE RATES INCLUDE: energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, only for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out), use of swimming pool at Hotel Maria Rosaria

The flats are located within a newly built residential complex in the small town of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which preserves a medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Giudicale castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy shore of about 5 km with numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, is only 3 km from the residence.
