The property comprises a series of 80 flats set in a park 50 metres from the beach of Cala d'Ambra and is only 1 km from the lively centre of San Teodoro. Its strategic location makes it an oasis of peace just 5 minutes from all the entertainment the town has to offer for both families and singles or groups of friends. Two-room apartment sleeps 4: living room with kitchenette, double or double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The accommodation is well furnished and equipped.
 Each flat has: - tv - washing machine - covered veranda and garden if on the ground floor and covered veranda if on the first floor, always equipped with table and chairs - ceiling or table fan. Prices include: electricity, water, gas, first supply of bathroom and bed linen, parking space, final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the customer before check-out, and the rubbish, which must be disposed of in the special waste bins).
