The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower stall. Outside there is a spacious private area equipped with brick barbecue and outdoor shower. Private parking space. Bed linen and towels not provided, possible to rent with 48 h notice.

We are located a few hundred meters from the beaches of Lacona and Margidore, in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island. The apartment, located in Lacona, is on the ground floor, about 500 meters from Margidore beach and about a kilometer from Lacona beach, one of the largest and most beautiful on the island. The seafront promenade features bars, restaurants where you can relax by having aperitifs or dining by the sea, is equipped with all primary food services, mini market, pharmacy and picturesque evening markets. This is one of Elba's most popular areas, characterized by clear waters and gently sloping seabed
