Spacious (120m3 approx.) three bedroom apartment in a tranquil setting with sea and hill views from a private terrace (approx. 45m3). The accommodation is 5 minutes from the historic centre of Fano and ten minutes from Pesaro city centre. Easy driving distances give access to Unesco World Heritage city of Urbino and San Marino. The apartment is an easy 500 metres walk to nearest beach. The cycle way along the coast passes the property and gives easy and safe access to the cities bars, cafes and shops. The apartment features fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom with full sized bath and shower. Three spacious bedrooms (one double, one double or two singles, and a single bedroom). In the separate lounge is a sofa bed making the total capacity of the apartment six persons. Additional facilities in the apartment include washing machine, TV, hair dryer and iron. There is ample on street parking in the quiet and safe residential area outside of the apartment.
