Newly renovated apartment in the basement, modern, cozy, tastefully decorated, well equipped and bright. The 100sqm apartment consists of an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room; a bathroom with shower and bathtub; a spacious bedroom with double bed; a laundry room. Independent entrance through a short staircase. Free shuttle service to/from Imola train station and to the racetrack. Possibility to use the bicycles on site free of charge.
My name is Viola and I am the owner of the property where I live with my husband Alex and our 4 year old daughter. Passionate about traveling, we decided to open our house to travelers who will want to make a stop in our beautiful city for the most diverse reasons. Among other wonders, Imola hosts the Rocca Sforzesca castle, the most prestigious Piano Academy in Europe, the Formula 1 racetrack and is close to Dozza, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We are available to accompany you for a tour of the city and make you discover even the most hidden places of interest. Imola is also conveniently located to reach some of the most renowned tourist destinations such as Ravenna, Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Florence, Venice, Mantova, etc. for a day trip.
The property is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, close to every type of services (bakery, bus stop, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, churches), a stone's throw from the Rocca Sforzesca castle and the historic center.
