The apartment is located in a historic building "VINCI" from the 1700s with furnishings including furniture from the 19th century, in a residential area with views of historic buildings. The apartment is recently renovated, with air conditioning, fans and FREE WI FI. Spread over two floors, the bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase (as shown in the photo). It does NOT have a balcony or a terrace nor an elevator, but it is equipped with a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. A few steps from the apartment there is a PRIVATE closed GARAGE with damper and key that we provide for FREE to our guests without reservation. The city of Fermo, perched on a hill, is of pre-Roman and medieval origin and has uphill streets, some narrow, with original cobbled paving. So this apartment is suitable for lovers of this kind of location.
Welcome to Fermo city where it is easy to arrive but it is difficult to leave. The owner is always available on the phone with WRITTEN messages also on WhatsApp To reach the PIAZZA DEL POPOLO you can use the public lift which is about 200 meters, behind Palazzo VINCI, on the main road leading to the Piazza
The BILOCALE is a short distance: from the beautiful Piazza del Popolo (sec. XV), the living room of the city, overlooked by the Palazzo dei Priori (13th century) and the Apostolic Palace (16th century), by the Roman Cisterns (around 40 AD), by the 18th-century Teatro Dell'Aquila, by the Cathedral, by the palaces vintage and medieval streets. The city of Fermo (at 319 meters above sea level) is surrounded by hills on top of which stand ancient villages, in their medieval walls there are taverns and restaurants with typical foods and excellent wines. Famous is the party "The Cavalcade of the Assumption" that takes place in August with many days programming. The area is located in the center of the shoe with outlets of famous brands. Nearby you can visit: Loreto (the Basilica), Recanati (birthplace of Leopardi), Macerata (Sferisterio), the park of the Sibillini Mountains, the Riviera del Conero, Ascoli Piceno (city of the Hundred Towers), the Caves of Frasassi and much else.
