The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and it's equipped with all comforts. Entering we find a large open space with living and dining area with open kitchen and a table for 8 people. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, and another smaller bedroom with a bunk bed for two people with a third pull-out bed. There are in total two beautiful bathrooms with shower and three balconies on all sides of the apartment. It's located on the first floor without elevator.
In 10 minutes by walking you can reach the exclusive beaches of Versilia, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio and in 10 by car the beaches in Marina di Pietrasanta, and in Forte dei Marmi, the most famous seaside resorts with beaches in Tuscany. For the mountain lovers it's possible in just 40 minutes go in Garfagnana with its ancient villages on Apuane Alps. Another important opportunity is visiting the wonderful cities like Pisa Florence, Siena, Cinque Terre,.... which are all reachable in maximum one hour. Shopping in the shops with the best luxury brands and tasting unique food and wines for the most demanding palates, will complete your unforgettable holiday.
