Company information

One of our assistants will meet you at the property to give you the keys. At check in you will be asked to provide all the guests'identity cards, essential for registration at the police station, and the payment of the tourist tax which is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of stay. Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice, really close by Santa Maria Nova square and San Giovanni Paolo square. Very close by the main street called Strada Nuova, where you can find also many shops and restaurant it is in a very convinient position to reach Rialto, less than 10 minutes walking, and also San Marco square, a bit more far.
