L’appartamento centrale si trova al primo piano in centro Sappada. E’ esposto al sole e dalla grande terrazza sui due lati dell’appartamento oltre che a godersi il sole si può ammirare l’eccellente panoramica vista montagna. Nella cucina completamente attrezzata c’è anche il microonde, bollitore e lavatrice. la biancheria da letto e asciugamani non sono inclusi, possono essere forniti su richiesta a pagamento. L’appartamento è provvisto di garage. Oltre che ad esserci molti servizi come bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi di genere alimentari e di articoli sportivi, ci si può muovere a piedi in totale libertà per passeggiate ed anche per visitare luoghi tipici sappadini. attraversando la strada a pochi passi si è su Nevelandia, campetti e pista nera. Nei dintorni si possono visitare le cascatelle, il laghetto di pesca sportiva, le sorgenti del piave. a circa 48,6 km si arriva a san candido ed a circa 58,9 km si può facilmente raggiungere cortina d’ampezzo. a fine soggiorno si chiede gentilmente agli ospiti di lasciare l'appartamento in ordine e pulito come gli e' stato consegnato al loro arrivo, in tal senso ci si riserva di chiedere un deposito cauzionale di euro 200,00.
The CENTRAL APARTMENT is located on the first floor in the center of Sappada. It’s exposed on the sun and has a large terrace on both sides to enjoying the sun and mountain view. The kitchen it’s fully equipped with a microwave, kettle and washing machine. Bed linen and Towels are NOT INCLUDED and is possible to rent them. The apartment has a garage too. There are many services such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops and sporting goods, you can move on foot in total freedom for walks and visit typical places. Crossing the road a few steps you are on Nevelandia, Campetti and Pista Nera. You can visit the Cascatelle, the sport fishing lake, the Sorgenti del Piave. At about 48.6 km you arrive in San Candido and at about 58.9 km you can reach Cortina d'Ampezzo. : CHECK-OUT please leave the apartment clean as you found, rooms, kitchen and garbage too .
