Apartment - Chalet Baltmann is located in large green spaces with a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and woods, ideally located for skiing and cycling in the surrounding area. For the winter season, the structure boasts direct access to the ski slopes of the Alpe Cimbra - Lavarone area, Top**** for families and children and for beginners, and in the immediate surroundings there is a ski equipment rental service and a ski pass sales point. For the other seasons, the structure is adjacent to the downhill-freeride tracks of the Bikepark Lavarone area, dedicated to the disciplines of downhill-freeride with 4 tracks, and to MTB routes and hiking itineraries of high landscape and naturalistic value, and in the immediate surroundings there is a MTB/downhill equipment rental service and a bikepass sales point. The structure is very recently built (2022) and is built with cutting-edge energy-saving materials and technologies.
