The procedure is indicated at the booking confirmation The structure, in the winter months (work completed in May 2024), underwent a thorough renovation concerning not only the aspects relating to the improvement of the design of the rooms, their comfort and services, but also those relating to energy efficiency. This studio apartment with mezzanine is located in the heart of the historic centre, near the most important monuments of the city. The building is part of an ancient stone building complex, which until the early 1900s included the Convent and the Church of S.Agata subsequently demolished (see photo). From the balcony overlooking Via V. Emanuele in front of the municipal library, 100 m. from the Aragonese castle and the church of S. Anna you can witness all the religious, folkloristic, artistic events,... (religious processions of the Diocese of Piazza Armerina, parades of the Palio dei Normanni,...). It is also not far from Piazza DUOMO and Piazza Garibaldi. The ancient building is autonomous; on request it is possible to park the car in the attached garage, extra cost is eur 15.

The house is part of an ancient stone palace undergoing restoration, also containing period frescoes and ancient floors. We are putting not only a lot of passion into the recovery of this ancient building... We work honestly trying to do our best.
