Property information

The apartment, located on the lakeside of Feriolo, is in a strategic position to reach the beach and the main services of the village. The house consists of a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, a living area with kitchen and sofa bed and a small living area. The central location and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Feriolo and the Borromeo Islands make the house unique.

Neighbourhood information

Ideal place for adults / young people and families to relax and have fun. The location offers a pedestrian walk along the beach and excellent restaurants and clubs. Nearby possibility of: - water sports (water skiing, wake board, wake surf); - rent boat, canoe and sup; - Golf (Golf Continental_ 9 holes, Golf des Iles Borromèes_ 18buche); - go to Monte Mottarone by cable car from Stresa; - mountain bikes, excursions, walks; - Zipline flight - visits to the Borromeo Islands, Villa Pallavicino, Gardens of Villa Taranto; - Adventure Park.
