Appartamento nuovo, luminoso, che si affaccia sul paesaggio delle colline marchigiane; a soli 200 metri dalla rocca medievale di Gradara, permette anche di raggiungere località di mare, quali Cattolica, Misano,Riccione,Rimini in soli 5-10 min, con o senza mezzi pubblici; lo stesso vale per la celebre città d'arte d' Urbino a soli 20 min di distanza.Inoltre siamo al confine con il paese di Tavullia. Adatto per famiglie, coppie innamorate e viaggiatori o bikers (abbiamo il parcheggio al coperto).
Gradara è uno stupendo borgo medioevale immerso in una cornice paesaggistica che è quella delle colline marchigiane affacciatesi sull' Adriatico.
