Completely renovated apartment in the center of Merano with large lift and private garage in the same building. The measurements of the garage are: external up-and-over door: height 2 meters, width 2.40 inside: width 2.85 meters – length 5.10 m. Large entrance with armored door, air conditioning and spacious fitted wardrobe. Eat-in kitchen with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, juicer, mincer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Double bedroom (180 x 200), bed made with sheets on top and bottom, as customary in Italy, and relative bedcover, large closet and 55-inch 4K flat screen TV. Living room with double sofa bed (160 x 200) and 55-inch 4K flat screen TV. Bathroom with shower, professional hairdryer, courtesy set including towels and bathrobes, heated towel rail and washer-dryer all included in the price of the stay. Long balcony equipped with table and chairs for four people. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Drying rack available.

In the same building there is a tobacconist's bar with a newsstand. Despar supermarket on the opposite side of the road. The property is 5-minute walk from the promenades along the Passirio river where theatres, the famous Terme di Merano (thermal baths) and the Christmas markets (in winter) are located. The Portici (arcades) with their shops, bars and restaurants are in very close proximity.
