Apartment 2+1child situated in a wonderful position, in a pedestrian area,very central,perfect for a couple and a child,all comforts, WIFI,armored door, air conditioning, satellite TV flat screen and washing machine.
Sono una pittrice e decoratrice di interni e presso il mio atelier a Pietrasanta svolgo parte della mia attivita'. Mi piace conoscere persone da tutta la parte del mondo e credo che la mia struttura per ospitare sia perfetta per chi ama visitare Pietrasanta perche' si trova proprio nella principale piazza dove si puo' ammirare il Duomo di s.Martino,basta aprire le finestre di casa per vedere uno splendido scorcio della cattedrale.
Il quartiere e' molto elegante e artisticocon molte galleri d'arte negozi ristoranti, inoltre ci sono musei e anche una biblioteca comunale. L'appartamento e' in zona pedonale proprio adiacente alla p iazza duomo,in uno splendido palazzo seicentesco con atrio molto grande e luminoso totalmente ristrutturato conservando il sapore antico , il grande portone del palazzo e' enorme in legno recentemente restaurato. L'appartamento si trova al 1 piano con accesso da ampie scale e perfetta illuminazione. Appartamento completo di tutto ,wifi,riscaldamento autonomo,aria condizionata,tv con canali satellitari,portone blindato classe A. Camera matrimoniale comoda con materasso nuovo e confortevole. Bagno con ampia cabina doccia . Nel salottino c'è un divano con possibilita' di trasformarlo in letto con un semplice cli_clac nel caso ci fosse un terzo ospite.
