Property information

Lovely apartment located in Capo Coda Cavallo, within the village Punta Est, perfect for a couple or a couple with children. The house has a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you exit onto the veranda that offers a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara and Molara. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and washing machine, in addition inside the residence you will find the swimming pool available to guests of the village, as well as a pedestrian direct access to the beach. In addition, the residence has a restaurant and a bar with a panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy delicious dishes or a simple aperitif with a unique view! In addition, the location of the house allows you to reach some of the most popular beaches of the east coast of Sardinia, in addition to that of Capo Coda Cavallo a few minutes you can reach Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Porto Taverna and many other hidden corners! Before entering the house will be required to sign the short lease as required by D.L. 50/2017 and Law n. 96/2017.
