Ideally located in the quiet area,with a large terrace. Recently completely renovated and tastefully decorated, the apartment has everything what needed. Ideally would suit 7 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge freezer, table, chairs, glasses, plates, wash machine and cutlery etc.) and there is a loft. The apartment is composed of living room with double sofa bed with sea side terrace, double bedroom,bathroom with shower bath and kitchen. A private parking is NOT included in the price (NB: there is no free parking in Sperlonga). The apartment is beautifully located at the seafront, very close to the historic Center. For fans of climbing we are close to the mountains of ARENAUTA!

Sperlonga is a very picturesque small city in Italy south of Rome (a half-way between Rome and Naples). Its white-painted houses make it a bit reminiscent of some Greek islands. It has some of the best beaches in the area. During Italian summer holiday, it's a popular package tourist destination and all hotels may be fully booked long ahead. For mountains fans of climbing and hiking, the apartments we are also close to the ARENAUTA mountains. The charming big apartment and studio are ideally located in the quiet area of Sperlonga, a few minutes' walk from the seaside (both paid and free sand beaches available), a historic centre, public transport, shops, restaurants, market, children playground etc.
