Property information

Recently restored apartment with wooden beamed ceiling and floors in "cotto lombardo". Bright and spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom (large shower 140-80cm) and twin beds which can be converted to a double bed, if needed. Living-room with large sofa-bed with view onto the garden, fully equipped kitchen. AC, Wifi, television, parking space and electric gate entrance. The use of the garden is reserved for guests of the adjacent apartments ( Scuderie & Antica casa )

Neighbourhood information

The apartment, situated right at the city centre of Cernobbio, overlooks on one side the Via Regina (quite a busy road especially during the weekends, but the house has soundproof windows and AC) and to the other the park and gardens of Villa Erba. Guests can take a stroll along the beautiful shores of Lake Como with a 5 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars also in the proximities.
