Residential area in the countryside, quiet and with lots of greenery, 3 km from the center and the beaches of Nettuno and Anzio (from where you can embark for the island of Ponza), 55 km from Rome (reachable by train) 27 km from the Circeo National Park and 20 km from the Castelli Romani. The external veranda overlooks a small oak grove and is an ideal place for summer dinners as well as to appreciate a 360 degree view from the sea to the Lepini mountains and the Castelli Romani. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the balcony that surrounds it and the veranda. They will not be able to access a room and will have access, limited to the use of the laundry, on the terrace. Quiet and comfortable place. External parking under the structure. The place can be reached with a private bus service, but we would like to say that having a car makes the stay more comfortable.
