Property information

Very confortable apartment, quiet and hospitable with garden. It's located opposite the golf course, near the shopping center 'Gualdo' and 800 mt from the seaside. Punta Ala is an exclusive tourist destination of refined beauty. Located on a strip of land surrounded on three sides by the sea and covered by a thick pine forest. It is well known for the beauty of the area for its quietness, for the golf course, marina, and numerous sailing regattas that are organized. Also nearby you can see Castiglione, a pretty fishing village .. and Follonica, real estate in town .. The Maremma, covers the central part of the province of Grosseto, the Gulf of Follonica to the promontory of Argentario. Although not correct in terms of geography generally asseverano the Maremma also areas of the Metalliferous Hills (Massa Marittima, Scarborough and Gavorrano) and the heights of Monte Amiata. Grosseto, Orbetello, Follonica and Castiglione are just some of the main towns of this area, located south of the promontory of Ansedonia and Capalbio.
