Flat in building with direct access to the beach. Renovated in 2022, it offers guests all the comforts of modernity, including hot/cold air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has two balconies: one used as a small laundry with access from the master bedroom, the other, larger, with access from the living room and equipped with table and chairs and with a view of the sea. The orientation of the latter allows one to enjoy wonderful sunsets over the sea. The condominium courtyard provides direct access to the beach at Bagno Venere where, during the summer season, guests will be provided with a beach umbrella, sunbed and deckchair.
My name is Silvia and I live in Siena where I run a pub that overlooks Piazza del Campo. I love my city but at the same time I also love the sea and the sun and, whenever I can, I treat myself to a few days of relaxation in beautiful San Vincenzo. For several years I have also been involved in hospitality, first in Siena and then in San Vincenzo. In my work as Host I have two collaborators: Davide, who takes care of bookings and communication with guests, and Giuseppe, who will welcome you when you check in and who will be at your disposal for every need during your stay.
The flat is located in the residential area on the Lungomare di San Vincenzo. The area offers various services including a grocery shop and a tobacconist a few metres away. The centre, which is full of shops, bars and restaurants, can also be reached by foot.
