Our apartment is completely new and renovated. It offers everything you need during a holiday. It is ideal for a couple, 2 couples, a group of friends or a small family too (4 people max.). The apartment is composed of shared entrance, living room with small fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a fresh large bathroom. We offer also private safe covered car parking, a garden, fast WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning and a NETFLIX account for free. Towels and bed linen are included in the stay. It is located in a quiet area, just few minutes (about 20/30 minutes walk) from the city center and beaches. Nearby you can find a backery, an excellent osteria, a take away pizzeria and a butcher's shop. We are always a disposal of our guests during their holiday for any information.
HI! We are Giacomo and Tiziana, owners of the Sant'Anna holiday home. The building has been a family home for many years and we decided to get the apartments, renovate and rent them. We have always been available to our guests to make their holiday on Lake Garda unforgettable. We love eating good food and enjoy free time in nature. We have three children and three grandchildren too.
Apartment Sant'Anna I is located in a quiet area, surrounded by the nature and green fields. In the nearby you can find everything you need: typical osteria and pizzeria, butcher's shop, take away pizza, bakery's and pastry's shop, supermarkets, tobacco and news agent's and a bar. You can reach the city center and the beaches in about 20/30 minutes walking. Easy and fast access by car.
