In Torre Melissa (province of Crotone), just 20 meters from the sea, this 80 sqm apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in the summer of 2022. With two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living area with a kitchen, it offers ample and bright spaces. Conveniently located on the ground floor, it features a patio that can also be used as a private parking space. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace, ensuring a cozy atmosphere.
