The two-room apartment, with independent entrance, is easily accessible with staircase, is located on the Fegina seafront and boasts a spacious 70 square meters terrace with sea view, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers. The apartment opened in June 2025 consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioned, living area with equipped kitchen, bunk sofa bed and 1 private bathroom with shower Wifi available throughout the property. Places of interest nearby: Beach at 50 meters Lapo's pizzeria restaurant at 20 meters (where you will have a 10% discount) also available for room service Train station at 250 meters Giant's beach at 600 meters Historic center at 350 meters Blue path Monterosso-Vernazza at 650m
