The independent apartment is a 80 sqm quadrilocale renovated in the year 2015. It offers two large double bedrooms and a pleasant open-plan living-dining room. The comfortable, spacious kitchen is tastefully furnished and is complete with all large and small appliances. The balcony facing the sea side road is comfortable for a short, relaxing and useful stay with a clothesline. The small private garden is well ventilated even on warmer days. The apartment is all comfortable, ideal accommodation for families with children who want to spend sea vacation because it is just a few meters from the beach and bathing establishments.

Nestled on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, Senigallia, a traditionally welcoming and hospitable town, is one of the most famous seaside resorts on the peninsula. It is always an emotion to discover its "Velvet Beach" that stretches for over 13 kilometers of fine, golden sand. Embracing a sparkling sea and proposing a historic center from the Renaissance-eighteenth century architecture built on a pre-existing Roman settlement, the city is full of magnificent churches, museums and stately palaces. With a charming frame that overlooks its gentle and quiet hills dotted with historic villages, castles, cellars and farms, Senigallia offers breathtaking scenery.
