APPARTAMENTO DI MARCO HAS FEATURES THAT ARE ALMOST UNIQUE FOR THE APARTMENTS OF SPOTORNO,IT'S 90 MQ WITH 2 LARGE BEDROOM, A LIVING ROOM, A KITCHEN WITH A SMALL TERRACE AND A BATHROOM, IT HAS A WIDE TERRACE SEA VIEW WHERE YOU CAN EAT AND EVENTUALLY TAKE A SUNBATH, IT'S LESS THAN 100 MT FROM THE SEA AND FROM THE MAIN PEDESTRIAN STREET, THE BUILDING IS PRATICALLY IN FRONT OF THE UNDERPASS FOR REACH THE PROMENADE AND THE CENTER,IT HAS THE POSSIBILITY TO LOAD AND DOWNLOAD SUITCASES AND PEOPLE IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE DOOR, IT HAS A COMFORTABLE ELEVATOR AND ALSO A A WIDE AND PRIVATE PARKING PLACE 350 MT FROM THE APARTMENT.
